If you can't sign in or need to delete your account, email us with the subject "Account — [your email]" and we'll assist you promptly.
Billing
For subscription changes on iOS, use Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions in the Apple Settings app. For macOS and Windows subscriptions, visit your web cabinet or email us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refund requests are handled per App Store / payment processor policy
Technical Support
If Hovor is not transcribing correctly or you're experiencing connectivity issues, try the following:
- Check your microphone permissions in system settings
- Ensure you have an active internet connection during dictation
- Restart the app and try again
- If the problem persists, email us with your device model and OS version
