Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Hovor is a voice-to-text dictation application available on macOS, Windows, and iOS. It transcribes your speech using AI and pastes the result into any active application. By using Hovor you agree to these terms.
2. Account
You sign in via Apple Sign-In or Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person, one account — do not share your credentials.
3. Subscriptions
Hovor offers two plans:
- Free — 500 words per week, no charge.
- Pro — $10.99/month (or $8.79/month billed annually at $105.49/year). Unlimited words.
On iOS, subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. On macOS and Windows, billing is handled via Monobank payment processing. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
To cancel on iOS: go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions and cancel Hovor Pro.
To cancel on macOS or Windows: open your web cabinet and manage your subscription there.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse or attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Share accounts or access credentials with others
- Use Hovor for any unlawful purpose or to transmit illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hovor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for transcription errors, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via in-app message or email. Continued use of Hovor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
